Import Export Business Assistant | Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator Melbourne CBD Full-Time | International Trade | Supply Chain & Operations Support A well-established import export and international trade business is seeking an experienced Business Assistant / Customer Service Administrator to support order processing, logistics coordination, and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in import-export operations, shipping documentation, supply chain support, or trade administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Manage import and export order processing from end to end Prepare and review shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and trade compliance documents Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and international suppliers Track consignments and monitor delivery schedules Maintain accurate data within ERP systems (SAP preferred) Support supply chain, operations, and sales administration functions Process invoices, assist with reconciliations, and maintain contract documentation Provide high-level customer service and stakeholder communication Skills & Experience To be successful, you will have: Experience in import export administration, international trade, logistics coordination, or supply chain support Background in customer service, order management, or operations administration Working knowledge of shipping documentation and trade processes Experience using ERP systems (SAP highly regarded) Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
